Magic City Market Vending
The Magic City Market will be held on Friday, October 26 & Sunday October 28. These will be two days of vending for the largest Magic City Fashion Week event.
Location & Time: Tuxedo Ballroom, 2001 20th Street Ensley Birmingham, AL 35218
Thank you for considering participating as a vendor at the Magic City Market. We are excited to come together and showcase amazing vendors such as yourself. Please plan to arrive at least an hour beforehand as we will be opening the doors promptly at noon on that day.
What can you expect from us?
In addition to a 6-foot table and space to set up, we will be providing your business with event pre-promotion in the week leading up to the Market. We will also be providing you with a personalized social media graphic to post and promote your presence at the Magic City Market. If you have a logo please send that no later than October 17 at 5pm CST.
What we expect from you?
We appreciate the potential investment in both Magic City Fashion Week and your business. We expect you to help us make this an amazing experience by showing up ready to showcase your product in a welcoming environment. We also ask that you begin heavily promoting this event via your social media channels once you have paid and been approved.
What you need to bring?
Your product or service.
Bags or packaging materials to put purchased items in.
Clean table cloths/dressings that represent your brand.
Any other table/vending decor that you will utilize to sell. We've also attached some ideas to make your vending station stand out.
